Why Sattvaahar Exists.
Our founder grew up in the pristine valleys of Gir, eating food that was entirely real ingredients that came straight from the land, untouched, unpasteurized, and unadulterated. Moving to the city brought a sudden, stark realization: the modern supply chain has stripped the life out of what we eat, and most people living in urban spaces have never actually tasted food in its genuine, living state.
The Uncompromising Standard of Gir.
To find true purity, we had to go back to where the modern supply chain couldn’t reach. Deep within the protected boundaries of the Gir Wildlife Sanctuary, traditional and tribal communities have spent generations living in absolute harmony with the wilderness, gathering and crafting foods in their most potent states.
